Accountant/Fiscal Analyst II Administration – Orangeburg, SC
• Provide a high level of customer service to the University community. • Accurately process, record and deposit all cash receipts. • Process and record all student and non-student account receivable payments. • Act as main Cashier and monitor, receive, and check all cash from transactions done by others. • Responsible for balancing cash on hand daily, ordering cash, and sending deposits to the bank. • Prepare and perform daily and month end closing procedures and balancing. • Perform general cashier duties, provide general services, and answer general questions. Responsibilities and Additional Duties: • Open and close the cashier window in accordance with the posted hours of operation of the University. • Safeguard cash and checks in the Cashier’s Office. • Work with various departments to ensure that student payments, non-student payments, deposits and disbursements are posted according to departmental or customer intentions. • Respond to questions and inquiries in a timely manner. • Communicate discrepancies to appropriate departments and confirm correction. • Verify and review departmental deposits. • Prepare cash deposits and orders. • Monitor and check all external cashier activity, assuring all funds are received in a timely manner. • Maintain and update Cashier procedures as needed. • Demonstrate an understanding of, and ensure compliance with, the Division of Finance’s internal controls and procedures related to all University policies. • Complete additional projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor, including acting as backup for other team members. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Accountants Payable Coordinator (Accountant/Fiscal Analyst II) Administration – Orangeburg, SC
This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the payables process, specifically handling travel requests and reimbursements for all University personnel. This involves auditing travel requests and reimbursements for compliance with University policies, proper documentation, and accurate account coding. Provide training and assistance on travel forms and travel policies. • General Accounts Payable Duties: Ensure adherence to accounts payable policies, manage the full payables cycle, enter vouchers, match invoices, and vendor account reconciliation.

Contract Officer Administration – Orangeburg, SC
The Contract Officer (CO) will be primarily responsible for the timely review, negotiation, and administration of procurement contracts issued by Federal Government agencies under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) or sponsored program agreements incorporating Uniform Guidance or funding organizations' special terms and conditions as well as processing other types of agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, material transfer agreements, data use agreements, etc., from federal, state, municipal, or non-profit entities. The candidate will assist in accurately paying employees in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
