Post Doctoral Researcher Administration – Orangeburg, SC
A postdoctoral researcher position is available in commercial motor vehicles at South Carolina State University in South Carolina. The candidates will work with faculty mentors and researchers in the Department of Engineering and will be co-supervised by Drs. Mwakalonge and Siuhi. The appointment is for one year but may be extended for an additional year. The postdoctoral researcher will participate in an interdisciplinary, funded research project related to work zone safety for commercial motor vehicles. The postdoctoral candidate is expected to conduct research within a larger team led by Drs. Mwakalonge and Siuhi should have strong technical, communication, and project management skills. Other duties as assigned.
TITLE IX COORDINATOR/EQUAL OPPORTUNITY INVESTIGATOR Administration – Orangeburg, SC
Conduct prompt, neutral, and thorough investigations. Conduct investigations of alleged discriminatory behavior by students, faculty, and staff. Issue sanctions for violations, as appropriate. Maintain a training database and collaborate with internal and external individuals to complete Title IX investigations and adjudications. The successful candidate will hold the title of Academic Program Coordinator for Fashion Merchandising. The successful will teach in-person or online courses, prepare course materials, evaluate student work, and assist students.
