MBA Director, College of Business Administration – Orangeburg, SC
The Professor and MBA Director is responsible for supporting the Dean and the Business Program in meeting, teaching, research, service missions and external relations of the College. Responsibilities for the position also include recruitment and administrative oversight for the MBA Program and support of the business academic programs and initiatives, faculty, and staff personnel issues, and facilitating the interaction of the Dean with campus and community members. Need marketing, recruiting, oral and written communication skills. The individual will work under supervision of the Dean but must be capable of independent work. Some travel is required. Job Functions: Recruitment of MBA students. Marketing of the MBA Program in print and media. Advisement of MBA students and monitoring of progress in program. Update and monitoring of MBA policies and curriculum. Keep updated information on various COB related committees and committee members. Provide internal and external communication as needed. Interacts with members of the university community, business community, and the public on behalf of the MBA Program. Perform other related duties as assigned. Develop program enhancement initiatives for the MBA program.
Public Information Specialist Administration – Orangeburg, SC
Program Coordinator • Assist General Manger with carrying out the station’s vision for on-air programming • Selects music for each format, maintains categories and rotation • Ensures all produced elements are aligned with the sound of the station • Creates station imaging, liners, IDs, sweepers • Act as a liaison to music reps • Generate music logs • Trains students on broadcast programming • Other duties as assigned by General Manager
Student Srv Prog Coord II Administration – Orangeburg, SC
Provides direct supervised individual and group counseling, external referrals and disability accommodation services to students. Maintains confidential student records and reports. Coordinates, conducts and Implements designated student mental health outreach programs. Evaluates documentation submitted by student registrants of the Office of Student Disability Services in order to establish reasonable accommodations for them. Prepares disability accommodation letters for students who register with the Office of Student Disability Services to inform faculty and deans of student disability requirements. Provides general information to the university community on issues related to student counseling and disability services. Regularly attends supervision and staff meetings and prepares written summaries of clinical activity. Participates in projects, committees and other work related to campus/community as assigned by the Director of Counseling and Student Disability Services. Provides supervised crisis intervention services, including after-hours and weekend on-call assistance. Advises and counsels students in distress to facilitate college adjustment. Serves on various campus committees as assigned. Provides advice and guidance to various student programs, clubs and organizations. Serves as a campus and community mental health liaison.
