Assistant Professor

Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology South Carolina State University

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Research, Diagnostics, and seminars in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology; supervise student clinical practicum; advise undergraduate and graduate students; contribute to the accomplishment of Program and College goals (strategic plan).

Minimum Requirements: 

Doctoral Degree required. Minimum of four (4) years of teaching experience at the university level. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, and South Carolina License by the Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology or be eligible.

Preferred Requirements for Entry into Position:

Preference is given to individuals with a background in teaching and providing services to culturally diverse population. Experience with th provision of Speech-language services for clients across the lifespan and the presents with experience and or a strong interest in student led research.
