a) Provides administrative and technical support to the Executive Director.

j) Maintain departmental records of contracts, faculty additional compensation, and P-13 documents.
k) Provide monthly budget reports to the Executive Director.
l) Complete essential travel documentation and process travel reimbursement requests per university procedures.
m) Collect timesheets, leave forms, Monthly Activity Reports, Time and Effort Reports and submit to the Executive Director for approval
n) Maintain records of departmental equipment including those issued to employees.
o) Maintain inventory of office supplies.
p) Prepare office communications (memos, letters, etc)
q) Answer telephones and provide back-up telephone support for other offices.
r) Greet customers in a professional manner.
s) Maintain confidentiality of information.
t) Assist as back-up test proctor in the Assessment Center

Assistant Professor of Art History - Tenure Track Position

The Visual Arts Program in the Department of Visual & Performing Arts at SC State University seeks a full-time, tenure-track, Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate courses in Art History and Art Appreciation with knowledge of Art History and Aesthetics. This position requires face-to-face interactions through a regular schedule of attendance on campus and in the workplace.
