Specific Responsibilities:
• Instruct and develop student-athletes during practices and games.
• Conduct team strategy sessions and skill development.
• Prepare for and compete in NCAA Division I matches and tournaments.
• Identify and recruit student-athletes who align with academic and athletic goals.
• Utilize recruiting platforms and manage a database of prospects.
• Monitor student-athlete academic performance and eligibility.
• Coordinate team budget, travel logistics, and team scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and university policies.
• Supervise assistant and volunteer coaches.
• Attend department meetings, submit reports, and support overall athletics goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

• Athletic Success: Competing for conference titles and postseason appearances.

• Staff Oversight: Assistant coaches and team personnel.

• Facilities: Campus athletic facilities and partner locations for practices/games.
• Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule including nights/weekends/travel.
• Travel Requirements: Significant travel for recruiting and competitions.
• Equipment Provided: Office space, university phone, computer, and team gear. |

Develop and implement developmentally appropriate practices for young children. Must provide various experiences and activities for children. Create materials, props and design bulletin board related to lesson plans and/or themes. Conduct individual parent conference at least twice a year to discuss each child's growth and development. Ensure that children are supervised at all times. Employee will communicate clearly and effective with children. Employee must implement behavior strategies and classroom management techniques. Evaluate classroom curriculum and environment in accordance with Department of Social Services, NAEYC and all relevant policies and procedures. Perform duties assigned by Director, Department Chairperson, Dean and/or President of SC State University. |
Accountant (Accountant/Fiscal Analyst II)
