- Streamline and enhance administrative support functions. within the office, ensuring a streamlined and efficient environment conducive to productivity.

- Prepare and manage the detailed schedules and timesheets for student workers, graduate assistants and staff associated with the Student Success Center, facilitating accurate tracking of hours worked and adherence to labor regulations.

- Provide comprehensive assistance to administrative personnel by performing essential tasks such as filing critical documents, maintaining organized records, and supporting additional responsibilities as necessary to enhance operational efficiency.

- Manage and optimize the internal workflow of the office by implementing effective processes and strategies that promote collaboration and timely completion of tasks.

- Investigate and resolve complaints related to office operations, addressing concerns raised by staff and stakeholders with professionalism and diligence to ensure a harmonious workplace.

- Maintain an organized system for departmental keys, copying equipment, and other essential resources, guaranteeing accessibility and security for office materials.

- Oversee the accurate maintenance of departmental purchase forms, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and timely processing of financial transactions.

- Develop, implement, and periodically review office policies and procedures to promote operational efficiency and consistency, while also sourcing and ordering office supplies to meet daily needs.

- Assist professional staff with various special projects as needed, leveraging organizational and communication skills to support their initiatives effectively.

- Provide ongoing support to the Student Success Center in achieving its strategic goals, promptly addressing inquiries, and facilitating resource allocation as necessary.

- Monitoring the academic performance of upperclassmen, including specific course outcomes, allows for an accurate assessment of each student’s Grade Point Average (GPA).

- Gather data to identify students needing support, including those who struggle academically or may benefit from additional resources at the Student Success Center.
