Accountant/Fiscal Analyst I in Administration – Orangeburg, SC
The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing and timely delivery of assigned payroll duties. The candidate will assist in accurately paying employees in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. The candidate will exercise independent judgment and discretion in planning and carrying out the details of work procedures and methods. The candidate will process all transactions concerning the assimilation of payroll information, the processing of payroll changes, and the distribution of payroll checks. Assist with direct deposits and payroll deduction data entry. The candidate will help to assure proper tax treatment, accounting, and disposition of withholdings such as taxes, deductions for benefits, charitable contributions, retirement contributions, etc. Ensure authorized deductions are deducted from employee pay and disbursed to the proper company. Coordinate with Human Resources for the proper benefit and deduction setup. Assist with preparation and distribution of W-2s and year-end reports. Record and maintain employee timesheets and payroll data. Respond to payroll queries from employees in a timely manner, analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions. Assist in payroll and timesheet audit activities. Generate payroll reports.

Director of Alumni Affairs and Engagement in Administration – Orangeburg, SC
• The Director will develop and implement a pre-alumni program to involve all students and to plan and promote philanthropy among the students. • The Director enlists, engages, and trains teams of volunteers committed to fundraising. • The Director assists with the coordination of alumni programs, including but not limited to, events, activities, fundraising opportunities, and various alumni recognition activities. • The Director provides metrics related to alumni, activities, donors, and donations. • The Director manages a process for ongoing alumni class reunions which includes Homecoming, Alumni Weekend, Founder’s Day, and other events. • The Director facilitates ongoing, consistent, professional communications between the University and its alumni including the leadership and memberships of SCSUNAA and serve as a conduit for alumni communications. • The Director works closely with the Advancement Leadership Team to plan and implement the annual fund program. • The Director will serve as a source of direction and advise to the SCSUNAA in establishing best practices for fundraising and special events. • The Director will perform all other duties assigned.

Assistant Athletic Director for Administration - Vendor, Alumni, and Facility Relations in Administration – Orangeburg, SC
1. Vendor Management: • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers relevant to the Athletics Department and Athletic Game Day. • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance with departmental needs. Work with the Assistant AD for Business Affairs and Associate AD for External Relations. • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 2. Alumni Relations: • Plan, coordinate, and execute alumni engagement events, including reunions, fundraisers, and donor recognition programs. • Collaborate with the alumni relations team to maintain alumni databases and keep alumni engaged with the athletics program. • Work with the STATE Club and Alumni Chapters to coordinate with athletics events and programming. • Assist in setting season tickets and parking in conjunction with the Vice President of Athletics, the STATE Club, and the Associate AD for External Relations. • Assist in fundraising efforts by liaising with alumni donors and sponsors. 3. Facility Management: • Oversee the scheduling, maintenance, and usage of athletic facilities, including stadiums, gyms, and training facilities. • Manage department calendar for facilities usage. • Coordinate with facility staff to ensure that venues are prepared for events, practices, and games. • Collaborate with relevant departments to address facility-related issues and improvements. 4. Administrative Support: • Manage the VP of Athletics' calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as requested. • Assist in budget tracking and financial management related to vendor contracts and alumni events. 5. Communication & Liaison: • Act as a liaison between the VP of Athletics and various internal & external stakeholders, including alumni, vendors, and staff. • Communicate updates and initiatives to alumni and vendors as necessary.
