    Inputs, monitors, and maintains requisitions and invoices for library's accounts/budgets through banner to ensure compliance with university requirements. Works with all library vendors on the acquisitions of books, journals, electronic databases, microforms, equipment, etc., including leases. Organizes, maintains, and establishes a file and records management system for office data. Prepares, edits, and proofreads correspondences, reports, memos, letters, statistical data, etc. according to procedures. Skip traces individuals who have withdrawn using online Web resources. • Generates and mails letters to students who have officially withdrawn reminding of their financial obligation to the University. Flags computer records of students owing monies to the University.
