You will work closely with the Head Coach, providing valuable insights and strategies to develop and implement comprehensive training programs that foster the physical, mental, and emotional growth of our student-athletes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Head Coach in developing and executing game strategies, scouting reports, and practice plans. 2. Contribute to the recruitment and evaluation of prospective student-athletes, ensuring a talented and diverse roster. 3. Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to student-athletes, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and personal growth. 4. Monitor student-athletes' academic progress and ensure compliance with NCAA and university regulations. 5. Promote a positive team culture and foster an environment that encourages excellence, sportsmanship, and personal accountability.     The University Director of Bands will coordinate the directing of the Marching 101, Concert Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and the Pep Band. Engage actively as a collaborative and committed member of the music faculty. Assist in recruiting, advising, retention, and placement of students.
