Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head Coach in developing and executing game strategies, scouting reports, and practice plans.
2. Contribute to the recruitment and evaluation of prospective student-athletes, ensuring a talented and diverse roster.
3. Offer hands-on coaching and mentorship to student-athletes, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and personal growth.
4. Monitor student-athletes' academic progress and ensure compliance with NCAA and university regulations.
5. Promote a positive team culture and foster an environment that encourages excellence, sportsmanship, and personal accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level
- Extensive knowledge of basketball tactics, strategies, and player development techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing student-athletes

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
