Digital and Social Media: • Manage the department’s social media accounts, keeping them active, engaging, and up-to-date with relevant content. • Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies and maximize online engagement. • Create and maintain the department's official website, ensuring it provides current information and a user-friendly experience. • Manage the athletic department brand and ensure all social media, websites, and the app are using appropriate content, music, logos, and mascot information. 4. Event Management: • Coordinate and promote athletic events, including game days, tournaments, and special promotions. • Work closely with the ticket office to maximize ticket sales and attendance at games. • Assure proper game day personnel are present for each sport and statistics/scores are submitted to the NCAA. 5. Supervision and Team Management: • Lead and supervise a team of communication and marketing professionals. • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

      Specific Responsibilities: 1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures in accordance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and interpretations. 3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor compliance with NCAA rules and regulations. 4. Provide ongoing education and training to coaches, staff, and student-athletes on compliance matters, including recruiting, eligibility, and ethical conduct. 5. Collaborate with various departments, including athletics administration, academic services, and student-athlete development, to ensure alignment and integration of compliance efforts. 6. Manage the NCAA rules education program, including the creation and dissemination of educational materials and resources. 7. Oversee the process of monitoring and reporting of recruiting activites, student-athlete eligibility, and other compliance – related matters. 8. Coordinate and assist with NCAA investigation, and self-reports as necessary. 9. Stay abreast of changes and updates to NCAA rules and regulations and communicate relevant information to stakeholders within the athletic department. 10. Represent the athletic department in compliance-related matters with the NCAA, conference, and institutional governing bodies.
