What You'll Do

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing agricultural research projects and extension programs
• Support daily farm operations including crop production, livestock management, and equipment maintenance
• Collect and analyze research data while maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students on various agricultural initiatives
• Participate in community outreach activities and extension programming
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agricultural Sciences, or related field preferred
• Experience in farm operations, crop production, or agricultural research
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
