What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage grant-funded educational programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to deliver effective outreach services
• Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Support data collection and analysis for program evaluation and improvement
• Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and educational events
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and program participants

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in education, agriculture, social sciences, or related field
• Experience in program coordination, project management, or educational outreach
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
