      Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Audiology; supervise student practicums; provide a full range of audiological services including diagnostic (hearing aid evaluations, otoacoustic emissions, brain stem audiometry) and management (hearing aid fitting and aural rehabilitation) for pediatric through geriatric populations; complete/submit research projects, grants, and presentations; contribute to the accomplishment of the program and college goals (strategic plan).

      • Lead the daily operations related to Degree Works, including scribing, testing, troubleshooting, and managing updates in coordination with IT and academic departments. • Monitor and maintain the integrity of academic records and ensure compliance with FERPA, SACSCOC standards, and institutional policies. • Oversee graduation processes, including the review and approval of degree audits for undergraduate and graduate students. • Collaborate with academic departments, advisors, and faculty to ensure accurate program requirements and curriculum updates are reflected in Degree Works. • Assist with the registration process, including scheduling, grade processing, enrollment verifications, and transcript requests. • Support NCAA eligibility certification and academic compliance for student-athletes in coordination with Athletics and Academic Affairs. • Serve as a key contributor to process improvement initiatives, including policy development and system enhancements. • Provide training and support to faculty, staff, and students in the use of Degree Works and other registrar-related systems. • Represent the Registrar’s Office at university meetings, orientations, and events as needed.
