      Inputs, monitors, and maintains requisitions and invoices for library's accounts/budgets through banner to ensure compliance with university requirements. Works with all library vendors on the acquisitions of books, journals, electronic databases, microforms, equipment, etc., including leases. Coordinates and performs complex activities for the Office of General Counsel: Conducting legal research, summarizing findings and drafting various legal documents such as University policies and procedures, mediations, grievance hearings, court appearances, litigation, and other meetings. Performs scheduling, copying, scanning and other administrative duties as assigned. Manage all office functions to include budget preparation and travel, etc. 3. Drafts response to employee complaints, grievances, appeals, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges and SC Human Affairs Commission (SCHAC) for attorney review/approval. Maintains registration and proper use of the University’s logos. Maintains the contract database and performs a variety of document control duties.
