The Accountant/Fiscal Analyst II will provide necessary data and support for preparation of University’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and other required reporting. The individual must be skilled in performing detailed and complex numerical computations and perform other professional accounting duties as assigned. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures is needed to successfully perform assigned tasks.
Executive Assistant I Administration – Orangeburg, SC
Conducts specialized or technical assignments for an agency; assists in the execution of various administrative duties. Performs various administrative duties for the agency director. Plans and conducts specialized programs. Represents the agency in contacts with other agency officials for the purpose of coordinating various agency programs. Makes arrangements for meetings and conferences; prepares agendas. Prepares and maintains special or confidential records and reports.
University Director of Bands Administration – Orangeburg, SC
The University Director of Bands will coordinate the directing of the Marching 101, Concert Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and the Pep Band. Oversee the coordination of all aspects of the Band Program. Teach courses as fundamentals of conducting, instrumental conducting, wind band literature, and instrumental methods. Engage actively as a collaborative and committed member of the music faculty. Assist in recruiting, advising, retention, and placement of students. Perform campus-wide faculty duties, including holding office hours, attendance at department, division, and other administrative unit meetings, serve on committees, and adherence to campus policies & procedures. Participate in course and program assessment. Forge strong relationships with local and regional high school band directors. Reports directly to the Chair of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts.
Law Enforcement Officer Administration – Orangeburg, SC
Executes sound judgment in the proper application and interpretation of laws and regulations. Apply appropriate state laws and regulations which will achieve departmental goals and objectives. Conducts investigations of incidents, complaints, and disturbances occurring in their assigned areas; initiates appropriate report(s). Reports must be completed accurately and in time. Enforces parking and traffic laws and regulations and issues tickets to violators when appropriate; investigates traffic accidents and prepares reports; directs traffic. Ensure that all tickets are written completely and accurately, and that accident investigations and reports are complete and accurate. Protects the scene of a crime until Investigations arrive; collects and preserves the evidence in connection with a crime for court; testifies in court. Follow standard protocol; be prepared to testify in court by having all pertinent documentation; dress professionally (coat & tie or uniform). Establishes and maintains a positive liaison and working relationship with other law enforcement agencies. Not more than one negative report from another law enforcement agency. Interacts with student body and staff in a professional manner. Create an environment of respect and compliance. Develops and maintains professional working relationships with co-workers and peers. Accept constructive correction with an attitude of improvement. Performs related duties as required. Perform related duties in a timely and efficient manner.

Preferred Requirements for Entry into Position: For most teaching disciplines, applicants must hold a Master's degree or higher in the discipline advertised, or a Master's degree or higher in any discipline plus 18 graduate semester hours or 30 graduate semester hours
