Law Enforcement Officer II	Administration – Orangeburg, SC	30 Apr 2026
Executes sound judgment in the proper application and interpretation of laws and regulations. Apply appropriate state laws and regulations that will achieve departmental goals and objectives. Conducts investigations of incidents, complaints, and disturbances occurring in their assigned areas; initiates appropriate report(s). Reports must be completed accurately and in time. Enforces parking and traffic laws and regulations and issues tickets to violators when appropriate; investigates traffic accidents and prepares reports; directs traffic. Ensure that all tickets are written completely and accurately, and that accident investigations and reports are complete and accurate. Protects the scene of a crime until Investigations arrive; collects and preserves the evidence in connection with a crime for court; testifies in court. Follow standard protocol; be prepared to testify in court by having all pertinent documentation; dress professionally (coat & tie or uniform). Establishes and maintains a positive liaison and working relationship with other law enforcement agencies. Not more than one negative report from another law enforcement agency. Interacts with the student body and staff in a professional manner. Create an environment of respect and compliance. Develops and maintains professional working relationships with co-workers and peers. Accept constructive correction with an attitude of improvement. Performs related duties as required. Perform related duties in a timely and efficient manner.

COORDINATOR OF FIELD INSTRUCTION (SOCIAL WORK)	Administration – Orangeburg, SC
• Field Site Management • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with community agencies that provide valuable field learning opportunities. • Develop, oversee, and maintain field placement affiliation agreements in compliance with university and accreditation standards. • Liaison and Communication • Serve as the primary point of contact between the university, students, supervisors, and field sites. • Foster collaborative relationships with community partners, agency supervisors, and liaisons to ensure productive and supportive learning environments. • Host the annual agency career fair for students, providing opportunities to connect with potential field placement sites. • Education and Orientation • Conduct orientation and training sessions for field supervisors and liaisons. • Provide orientation sessions for students regarding policies, expectations, and learning outcomes. • Teach field instruction and seminar courses, as well as additional assigned courses, during the fall and spring semesters. • Evaluation and Troubleshooting • Monitor student progress and performance in field placements. • Address issues or challenges that arise during placements in collaboration with supervisors and students. • Participate in evaluating field experiences and assigning final grades. • Curriculum and Accreditation Support • Collaborate with the Chair of the Department of Human Services on curriculum development, departmental policies, and reaffirmation of accreditation. • Contribute to recruitment initiatives to strengthen the social work program.
