1. Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate and foundation relations strategy aligned with the university's fundraising goals and institutional priorities.
2. Identify and research corporate and foundation prospects that have potential to provide funding and support for university initiatives.
3. Cultivate and steward relationships with corporate and foundation partners through regular communication, meetings, and events.
4. Collaborate with university leadership, faculty, and staff to identify funding priorities and develop compelling proposals and grant applications.
5. Work closely with the Office of Sponsored Programs to ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and foundation partners, representing the university at meetings, conferences, and events.
7. Collaborate with the Office of Marketing and Communications to develop materials and communications targeted towards corporate and foundation audiences.
8. Maintain accurate records of interactions and communications with corporate and foundation partners using the university's CRM system.
9. Monitor and track industry trends, funding opportunities, and best practices in corporate and foundation relations.
10. Prepare regular reports and updates for university leadership on the status of corporate and foundation relations activities and fundraising efforts. |
AVP, Communications and Marketing

Data Coordinator

Inspects, surveys, and evaluates records for limited or permanent value, from the vantage point of historical, administrative, or educational applicability. Assists law enforcement in proper record-keeping strategies and information management principles and techniques. Assists in the implementation of an electronic records management program. Monitors records production and growth to ensure sufficient storage capabilities. Administer access to department's record management system (RMS). Submitted report on crime data to S.C. Incident Based Reporting System (SCIBRS), and other records clerk related duties. Other duties include department evidence custodian. Maintain department system of receiving and releasing evidence for court, return to owner, destruction, and indefinitely storage in accordance with the State Archive requirement. |
4-H Youth Development Extension Agent

Under the supervision of the Upstate Regional Director, the 4-H Youth Development Extension Agent will:
• Oversees the program area and provides leadership to the regional 4-H and Youth Development Program. Organizes and conducts 4-H and Youth Development projects in the 4-H and Youth Development program areas which are Civic Engagement, Healthy Lifestyles, Financial Management, STREAM, and Volunteerism.
• Provides leadership for 4-H and Youth Development project activities to meet the needs of youth in accordance with the Extension Model/Civil Rights/Affirmative Action Guidelines.
• Uses the 1890 Extension Service Delivery Model (ESDM) recommendations along with appropriate technologies to plan and deliver 4-H Youth Development programs through workshops, seminars, conferences, one-on-one visits, field trips, and tours.
• Networks and builds coalitions with other federal, state, and local agencies, organizations, and institutions to address the complex youth and family issues and needs of the 4-H and Youth Development Program. |
Assistant Professor of Art

The Visual Arts Program in the Department of Visual & Performing Arts at South Carolina State University seeks a full-time, tenure-track, Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate courses in Digital Media with proficiency in Animation/Motion Graphics, Digital Video, Print Media, New Media, Web Page Design, and Typography. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess the ability and desire to manage and advance the Digital Media area and its curricula offerings as it relates to the. goals of the Visual Arts Program. other responsibilities include managing/overseeing the Digital Media Mac lab, its corresponding computer hardware, and software, and the work-study students/lab monitors as. well as working with the studio technician on any necessary maintenance. Teaching responsibilities may include but are not limited to art foundation courses, and/or art appreciation. The successful candidate will teach three to four courses each semester; actively participate within the Visual Arts Program unit and advise students. Other responsibilities include Departmental, School/College, and/or University committee services. A strong commitment to undergraduate teaching is essential. |
